Is it safe to show my home to a potential home buyer right now?
Do you want to sell your house, but are a little unsure about how to do so safely?
Well, we can’t make any promises as to what might happen, but we here at kcmoHomeBuyer want to make sure we stay safe and that our potential sellers stay safe, so we have implemented some new options for viewing homes.
Virtual Viewings
Sellers can always send us photos or videos or using one of the many video conferencing tools on our smart phones, you can give us a tour with a video walkthrough of your home for sale. You can create a video and send to us or we can be on the phone with you through a video conferencing tool, like zoom, and you can walk us through the house while we talk with you.
Vacant Properties
If the home is vacant. You can let meet us at the home and from a safe distance, unlock the door to let us in. We can walk through and exit. Allow you to lock up and then can discuss either at a safe distance from separate cars or on the phone.
Occupied Properties
If the home is occupied, we can either start a discussion and put the actual walk through off for a while. Or we can meet at the home at the scheduled time. You can open all doors and turn on all lights and then admit us to the home. We will wear a mask as we walk through at a safe distance apart, touching as little as possible and as quickly as possible. We can then exit and go home. We all wash our hands and then we can talk over the phone.
